During the 2015-2020 period, the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources has made remarkable achievements in science and technology, accumulating nearly 20 billion VND invested.

The lecturers at the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources (FENR) are expected to performance well not only in teaching but also in research. From 2015 to 2016, FENR's academic staffs have accumulated a total amount of nearly 20 billion VND of grants to support scientific research.

As a leading unit in research activity at NLU, FENR always encouraged lecturers to publish their work in high quality scientific papers and have archived large amount of publications (Table 2). In 2020, the papers in ISI/ Scopus index and international book chapters from FENR represents around 30% of the University’s publications.
